FITZROY – Modern Australian Kitchen & Bar has been the first casual fine dining restaurant with "Mod Oz" cuisine in Munich since October 2021: unique ambience and modern Australian cuisine, which – inspired by Asian and European kitchen culture – surprising and always light variety of tastes offers. The location suits the view beyond the horizon: The FITZROY offers a 360-degree view over the city to the Alps from the 14th floor of the spectacular WERK4 high-rise building.

FITZROY – from Melbourne to Munich

Named after the famous and traditional artists' quarter of the Australian metropolis Melbourne, FITZROY brings a new culinary style to Munich. Under the direction of Executive Chef Benjamin Kremser and Head Chef Marios Moraitis, the creative Werksviertel-Mitte is the perfect home for it.

In addition to the well-known wine regions in Germany, France, Italy or Austria and an extensive selection of 0.0% wines, there is of course an exquisite selection from the Australian wine-growing regions in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. "The Super Aussies" also presents seven proven top wines that are rarely found in this country.

Or the choice falls on a dinner accompaniment from bar manager Meron Engelberg, who mixes alcohol-free drinks or drinks mixed with selected Australian and European spirits to match the dishes ... or serves alcohol-free creations. Cheers!
