There's a new taste in town! FITZROY – modern Australian kitchen & bar is the first casual fine dining restaurant with "Mod Oz" cuisine in Munich: a unique atmosphere and modern Australian cuisine, which is inspired by Asian and European culinary culture and offers a surprising and always light variety of flavours.
The location fits the views outside the box: From the 14th floor of the spectacular WERK4 high-rise the FITZROY offers a 360-degree view over the city to the Alps.
Named after the famous and traditional artists' quarter of the Australian metropolis Melbourne, FITZROY brings a new culinary style to Munich. Under the direction of chef Florian Stall, the creative Werksviertel-Mitte is the perfect home for it.
In addition to the better-known wine regions in Germany, France, Italy or Austria, as well as an extensive selection of 0.0% wines, there is of course an exquisite selection from the Australian wine-growing regions in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. "The Super Aussies" also presents seven designated top wines that are rarely found in this country.
Or choose a dinner accompaniment from bar manager Meron Engelberg, who mixes non-alcoholic drinks as well as drinks with selected Australian and European spirits, that both match the dishes ... or who also serves non-alcoholic creations. Cheers!
